Please allow 1-6 business days for processing for all standard shipping orders. When your order has been shipped you will be notified at your provided email address with a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number.

All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped within Canada can take anywhere from 3-9 business days for delivery.
International orders may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note international orders are subject to clearance through customs which can sometimes result in delays.
Please use the tracking number sent to your provided email address to track your package.
We are not held liable for your order once it has been shipped. For international orders, it is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your parcel, we cannot intervene if you experience delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted as all sales are final. If you would like to do an exchange or find fault in your item due to manufacturing please contact email@example.com to resolve the issue.
You can cancel up to 24 hours after placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. To request a cancellation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
